Eileen Sey
Artist Statement:

Eileen's paintings are inspired by local and Cornish landscapes, harbours and coastlines. Artwork ranges from representational to abstract in acrylic and mixed media.

The completion of a career teaching art in Scotland and England has allowed Eileen to focus on painting full time in recent years.

Eileen's work has featured at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol, Bell Fine Arts in Winchester, Southampton Art Gallery, St. Barbe's Annual Open Exhibition in Lymington and The Mine Gallery in London. These venues are but a few of the galleries and exhibitions that have exhibited and sold her work over the years. She also undertakes commissions for private clients.

Hampshire County Council has purchased two artworks and as a result has featured in the prestigious national 'Public Catalogue Foundation'. Eileen has also been the subject of a comprehensive article as a featured artist in the Artist Magazine.
